Has anyone ever said to you, “I know a realtor!”?

“My friend is a realtor!”

“My wife’s cousin is a realtor!”

“Somebody I went to high school with, that I haven’t talked to in 20 years- is a realtor.”

The key with these questions and rebuttals is to remind your prospect that sometimes, business with family and friends do not mix well - and do not end well.
